Help With Your Order

To ensure that you have an exceptional experience with Architizer’s customer service, please find below our terms of service.

  • All orders on Shop.Architizer.com adhere to privacy and security standards.
  • You will receive an order confirmation and your payment option will be automatically charged at the time of purchase.
  • Online orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days and shipped within 5-10 business days, except for pre-orders, which are shipped once available. You will receive a tracking number via email for all orders.
  • Requests for refunds and returns should be made within 14 days of receiving your shipments.

Payment

Shop.Architizer.com accepts all major credit cards and Paypal. If you are using a credit or debit card you will be asked to enter your card details as part of the ordering process. Once your order is placed, your payment options will be charged and you will receive an order confirmation.

Does Architizer.com store my payment-card details?

Shop.Architizer.com does not store your card details. Our payment provider, Shopify Pay adheres to the strictest security and data-privacy standards to protect you and your information.

In which currency will my credit card be billed?

You will be billed in the currency associated with your billing address. You can select the country/region for your purchase at the bottom of the purchase page or by entering your delivery/billing address. The default currency on Shop.Architizer.com is US Dollars (USD $). 

Will my purchase be taxed?

Orders shipped to some states in the USA will incur an additional sales tax. Orders shipped to countries outside of the European Union, North America, or Australia may incur further customs charges due on delivery.

Can I change my order after placing it?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to make any changes or cancellations. You will need to initiate a return. We strongly advise reviewing these costs before completing your purchase.

Pricing

Pricing includes flat rate shipping costs for orders shipped within the USA. For all other locations, pricing does not include delivery. At purchase, an additional delivery charge, which will vary according to location and delivery method, will be added to your purchase. 

All prices are expressed exclusive of any VAT or other sales-tax payable unless otherwise stated. Customs and duties vary by country and are the responsibility of the customer upon delivery.

Availability

All orders are subject to availability and we cannot guarantee the availability of any specific products listed on Shop.Architizer.com and our partner websites.

In the event that we discover that goods are unavailable after an order has been placed, Architizer will send notification by email giving you the option to modify or cancel your order.

Shipping

Please note that free shipping only applies to orders being shipped within the USA. Free shipping does not apply to international destinations. Your order will be shipped from our US distribution partner.

All delivery times quoted on Shop.Architizer.com are estimated and based on availability and normal processing and delivery time via our carriers.

Please note that shipments may be delayed depending on local customs regulations and requirements. You may be required to provide additional fees, ID or proof of purchase to facilitate release of your order.

PO Boxes

We are unable to deliver to PO boxes at this time.

Multiple Address Shipments

We are not able to facilitate multi-address shipping at this time. Please contact us for further assistance: support@architizer.com

Pre-orders

If you have ordered a book in advance of its publication date, it will ship on or near the date estimated on Shop.Architizer.com. If your order contains a combination of books that are currently available and pre-orders, your books will arrive separately. We will notify you if there are significant delays in pre-ordered items.

Tracking your order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email giving tracking details. 

Returns

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please contact Architizer for an exchange or refund. Damaged items will be exchanged or refunded provided they are returned to our returns-processing center in new condition within 14 days from the date of delivery.

To initiate a return, please email support@architizer.com and we will provide you with a return authorization number (RMA). You must address the label to "Architizer-Returns" and include your return authorization number (RMA) on your return package. 

With the exception of books that are received in damaged condition, the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning goods for refund or exchange. Purchase shipping charges cannot be refunded.

Architizer recommends that you use registered post or recorded delivery and secure packaging when returning goods. Architizer will use reasonable efforts to replace damaged or defective goods but if replacement is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.
